Melissa's Salad

Melissa's salad is very easy to make and refreshing. Start with any flavor of jello, just use the 6 ounce size. Boil two cups of water and add jello. Stir until dissolved. Add ice to a two cup measuring cup and then add water to the two cup line. Add to hot jello. Stir until mixed, and the ice is melted. Then set in refrigerator only for a few minutes to cool.

Next step, get a small box of pudding. It can be instant or cooked variety. Mix it according to the package directions. You know add 2 cups milk and stir for two minutes, only I use a wire whip.

Now mix the two together, pour it into a mold. Or not, and leave it in the bowl. Place in refrigerator to set up. Take out of the mold and serve. Delicious! Try it!

I have been thinking about this blog for a while, as you can see it's been over a year since I have added to it. I think it's time to change my format. With a name like No Reservations I have decided to use this to share some of the things in my life that you don't need a reservation to share.
This little cutie is my Wednesday project. Every Wednesday I take her picture. I will do this until her first birthday. I am making a scrapbook. Then I give a copy to her parents and keep one for Grandpa and I. She is precious!
